1A/H may have noises/lights from the galley/restrooms but it is a day flight for me from BCN to PHL so that shouldn't be an issue.

I rode in 1H a few days ago and there are 2 windows. One of them is close to your head and the other is more forward. I had no issues with noise from the galley and it was a night flight.
