Quick question, is there a preferred number we should be calling to arrange an award ticket? Perhaps with more knowledgeable operators? I've called the US number from the M&B site and the operator is telling me I have to book my itinerary in three separate awards (each of 80K points)!

The itinerary I'm wanting is the following, and all legs have availability as per ANA, Aeroplan, and United online award tools.

YYZ - LHR; AC Biz
LHR- ZRH; LX Biz
ZRH - LHR; LX Biz
LHR - YHZ(connection) - YYZ; AC Biz

This is pricing out as 88k miles on ANA online tool with ~200 USD in taxes, 110k on Aeroplan online tool with similar taxes, and 90K on Aegean award chart.

It's technically a closed loop with stop-overs, no issues right?

But when I ring Aegean they say they can't do this because "its not allowed, and thats the rules". She doesn't even want to hear what I'm saying, which is super frustrating. I have 150k miles sitting in M&B and I'd rather burn those than convert precious AMEX MR to ANA.

Any thoughts on how to get this ticketed?
