Really depends on your own preferences. Some like to have a bulkhead in front for privacy thus prefering row 1, others may like the feeling of space having the bulkhead a lot further forward thus prefering row 4. To me the noise and traffic concerns and differences between the two rows is so minor and flight dependant as to not be a factor. Personally I would take seats 1K and 2K, but really any seat is fine.
