Reading this thread I got a slightly different picture granted even though I fly in excess of 150000miles per year I have only had EU261 apply to me twice April 2 and April 12 of this year just as a point of reference AA the other carrier who I had my first experience with Replied in under 24hrs asking for my Acct number

I was just curious, I know they received my claim as I received the auto reply atleast So I will await
