I'd swear people just think our company is one big conspiracy to irritate our customers. Do you not think we make decisions in the best interests of as many people as possible. They are not always popular decisions, but do you not think that we try to do the best we can with the situations we find ourselves in? FT'ers, myself included, do not know enough about the intricacies of running one of Europe's biggest airlines at the world's most congested airport, stands, gates, aircraft flows etc. Doesn't stop some of you thinking you always know better.
All that aside, we know you are all VERY important people, and that only your time matters. How about you look at the bigger picture and be thankful that you have disposable income to use air travel, or that your employer pays for your travel, or that you don't have to do what millions of people in this world have to do every day, struggle to survive.
I question sometimes the motives of contributors on this forum as opinions and thought processes around WHY things happen, and the related compensation culture for any ONE thing not going your way, make incrasingly frustrating reading.
Rant over.
