I'm traveling with a trolley bag next week, and cannot check it in (1h connection, which I know will mean my bag won't make it) and with BA1479 (GLA-LHR) being delayed almost every day, and with a bus, time may be against me.

I'll just ask at the airport to move to the BA1477 on the day, seeing as the call centre are being difficult.
