Happy to hear comments from people who have flown on it.
Well... my first JetTime trip, from Heathrow to Copenhagen on Sunday, was "interesting" in this respect! The flight was actually fine, but the boarding process went something like:

Arrive at one of the A10 gates. Boarding had not yet begun. When it did, not even a token attempt at doing the priority process, no announcements either while I was there: the signal it had started was when both queues began to move! More to the point: when they did move, it was very, very slowly with lots of heated discussion... Why? It turned out that each and every trolley bag was being tagged at the BP scanner on the basis that the JetTime aircraft are "too small" to take them. No exceptions.

Result: just getting onto the bus took an absolute age because of gatechecking bag after bag after bag, with lots of understandably frustrated folk wondering why the different allowance hadn't been made clear, or why this 737 was unable to do what most other 737s seem capable of doing, or both. One can imagine how long this dragged on for with a full plane load of passengers to get through...

So while the flight (in ET) was fine, IF the ban on trolley bags as hand luggage is the norm (and the gate agent suggested that it will be), I am not looking forward to it on the weekly commute... anybody know whether the bussing is also going to be standard practice?
