Stayed at Le Dokhan last night as a change from the Le Meridien. Couldn't be more different. Very boutique hotel. Elegant. Very nice, if a little worn in a few places. Upgraded to the Ming suite which was lovely. Although the room was large, the ceilings were slanted, so it felt very close. (I think "Tribute Portfolio" is latin for "small rooms"...) Breakfast was very good - scrambled eggs with salmon made fresh for me on order. Also, in particular for Paris, the staff were very good and friendly. Great location too - in between Trocadero and Victor Hugo.
