So is there a way to get PQD on CA BJS-SHA flights without paying an arm and a leg? (actually, I don't care about PQD - I want RDM based on $ amount versus distance). The 500 miles versus $200*11=>2000 miles annoys me, and hence I've been flying MU instead of CA but then no lounge access.
