Thanks! How did I not read between the lines (of my copied q's)??????????!!!!

No fee for award reschedule over 8 days out = good news of sorts.
A way to reserve award now for, say, Oct 2016 & then later reschedule
it for, say, Spring 2017...? Am assuming limited to resched. same route.
