When I was (unjustly) denied access to the SYD ST lounge in November, I asked about paid options and was told there were none. So I don't think you can walk-up and get in, but maybe you can buy access in advance.

Of course the dragon was wrong about access (eventually sorted it out) so maybe she wasn't right about paid access either.
