No. Using a TA you will be booked in the higher class and earn the TP+Avios of the higher class.
Example from last weekend. Booked WT and used a GUF2 to upgrade two travelers to CW.


Note: you cannot combine a Joker with the GUF1/GUF2. TAs need to have availability in the lowest 'next' cabin to make the booking whereas BAEC GUF bookings require award seats in the higher class.
