Hi guys,

I've just made a reservation with Hertz for a three week rental from Houston Intl Airport using a CDP from Mousesavers.

It 'waived' the young drivers surcharge from the quotation online (I entered my age as 23), but in the T&Cs it says under 25 drivers will be expected to pay extra fees on arrival etc.

Without the CDP, the young driver fee is included in the quotation.

I'm wondering if there's scope to argue that with the CDP, the young driver surcharge should be waived and should remain waived?

Anyone have any tips/ experiences?

P.S - I've booked to pay on arrival and haven't given any payment details so could cancel, no issue.
