And do I get extra time to ask the FA to please not open the dressing and pour it on my salad so that I can do it myself if I want it? Was surprised on my last flight to find the FA had already applied the dressing. When I asked she said she preferred to do it herself because "it looks better" that way.
You're going to need a big book of rules with exceptions to your 60 second rule. Better get busy!

Ok, you get an extra 60 seconds if you don't know what something is....that happened to me a few years ago on SLC-PDX....the FA said the meal was falafel and neither my wife nor I new what it was (soup? salad? sandwich?) so we tried it and let's just say that will be our last falafel

If we're gonna do Greek, my preference is for a Gyro
