I'd like one exception please: If I don't have any idea what an item is I should get extra time to ask and receive an answer. e.g. The first time I saw arugula on the menu I had to ask. I'd never heard of it before. I've had times where I asked about other items and even the FA didn't know what something was (not blaming them -- AS comes up with some weird concoctions sometimes.) For those of us who prefer plain food it can be a challenge.
And do I get extra time to ask the FA to please not open the dressing and pour it on my salad so that I can do it myself if I want it? Was surprised on my last flight to find the FA had already applied the dressing. When I asked she said she preferred to do it herself because "it looks better" that way.
You're going to need a big book of rules with exceptions to your 60 second rule. Better get busy!
