I'm certainly no expert when it comes to travel insurance but for me BA Travel Insurance does seem to represent good value. I always select it for big trips and holidays. I can't comment on claims as I've never made one. I once had to add a medical condition, for a family member, for a holiday but this was easily done over the phone.
