I don't know if they are not enough people to take care of everybody or if it's just lack of training but this is an area of improvement in this (nice) hotel.
Well, as what Brett told me, Thai hospitality is great. Even if they do a mistake, its never intentional. Service is so-so, but if you make a fuss, they will definitely do a service recovery. I felt that perhaps its a resort, they might be alittle laid back.
