Try calling A4 based in Slough I use them and they are pretty reasonable and tend to be on time. Note they don't wait at the airport so you need to call them when you land but usually within 15 mins they arrive. When I used to travel domestiC, HBO - I never really waited that long at all. But if it will be busy then maybe go for a waiting service.
