So on your first point you get two jokers when you first become a GGL and these last for the rest of your current membership year. At the end of the current membership year if you haven't used either of those two jokers they simply expire. You will then get two fresh jokers at the start of your first full membership year and these expire at the end of the membership year if not used.
If you hit 6000 TPs you get another joker but I beleive it last for one year from the date you hit 6000.
You can use a GUF and a joker together but you would need to call to do it. I assume you want to book a cash WTP ticket but end up in CW?
- If there are CW reward seats on the flight you want then you don't need the jokers, just book WTP as a cash ticket and apply the GUF.
- If there are no CW reward seats on the flights you want you book WTP seats and effectively use the joker to create reward space in CW so you can apply your GUF. In order to use the joker there needs to be seats available in D booking class for CW which you can check on expert flyer. Bascially you just call and do it all together, or you can book the WTP cash fare online and then call to ask them to apply the joker & GUF.
