Question to the GGL regulars from a newbie to all this..

Just qualified and as per what I been reading, I get these Joker thingies.. I will have 6K points. So from what I read, first time busting the limit, I get a couple of them when I bust through and they are available for the rest of my year (two months) then I get again when my year renews.

So reading this, I intend to get Ms BTC a trip to NYC on Miles n GUF in these two months.. So the question is..

Can I use a GUF and a Joker thingamajig to force a redemption to NYC in Club and if so, how do I go about it?
