True, all the major Yodobashi and BIC Camera locations seem to have toy sections and they all had decent selections of Tomica. I'm sure the official Tomica stores have the most selections. But if that's out of your way, then BIC or Yodobashi should suffice. I'm not sure that every location has a toy section, though. Maybe only the big ones like the BIC Camera near Ikebukuro east exit, Shinjuku west exit and Kawasaki Lazona. I got my daughter a Tomica at Yodobashi Camera at Kawasaki Le Front a few months ago.

Tomica seems to have similar prices everywhere, as far I can remember.
