i found this 2 weeks ago. the lounge was actually closed. i popped down to the Aspire one to ask out of curiosity and they stated it wouldn't open until 2 hours before the flight.

The annoyance for me was that i was on BA into BHD and then Aer Lingus (without realising after booking) on the inbound back to LHR.

used it a few times, nice little lounge.
