Can anyone recommend a *cheap* car/taxi service from LHR to West Ealing?

i've checked several companies mentioned in this thread and am being quoted 40GBP and up which seems rather high. 4-5 years ago I paid 16GBP (which probably was a bargain; unfortunately I don't remember the company's name).
