the rest of the flight was fairly uneventful.

I slept for a bit and I was going to have a chat with the crew in the galley towards the end of the flight, but they were either working or talking amongst themselves and I didn't want to push in.




















arrival into JFK was smooth though we had landed just after an IB flight from MAD so the queue for immigration was long and it took quite some time to get through. Still, I had been on a flight 2 hours earlier than planned so I little to complain about.

All in all, a pretty decent CW flight. the staff were very professional to me throughout - in fact, if I hadn't known it, the treatment was no different to normally (with the possible exception of greetings etc) - and I guess that's how it's supposed to be (though understand the meal and seat move requirements / flexibility).


I'll cover the return leg as well as there were a few different, 'interesting' nuances.
