Upgrade using Avios on BA Holidays?
Another fussy thread

I'm looking at using the UUA on a BA Holidays itinerary to CFU. There's availability in the Club Europe cabin for the dates I'm looking at.

I don't see a way this is possible online - previous threads (years ago) advised calling up and the agents can do it there.

Is this still the case?

(Also, Band 4 LHR beach routes get the expanded sandwich box "picnic", but it's still the full Band 4 service up front?)
