AA Cancelled flights - what to do
AA have cancelled flights in our BA booking (though no email was received - only noticed when accessing the booking).

We have DUB-JFK (I), JFK-LAX (I), LAX-LAS (A) then on the return OGG-LAX (A), LAX-JFK (I), JFK-LHR (I), LHR-DUB (I).

Is there anyway to make the free change to allow us to get first class on the transcon flight?
