Yes, I noticed that too. Just got upgraded to a Queen bed room (no idea what that is as it's not advertised on the website) and now see the total price went up by 20EUR.
I noticed whenever a hotel upgrades my reservation in advance, sometimes the number of persons in the room changes to '3' and the price changes to include the phantom person if there is an extra person charge.
In addition, not all rooms within the hotel's inventory are available for booking online. The hotel sometimes uses this inventory for for upgrades.
