I've just booked an award First ticket with BA from LHR to DOH, via BAH, with the main purpose of trying Qatar's A350 in J on the return flight to Europe.
We land in BAH at 7:47pm and takeoff for the final 1hr flight to DOH at 8:55pm, so there's a bit over an hour in BAH. I'm curious to know, will we have to get off the plane? And if so, what do you think the chances are of getting a second F amenity kit for the 'second' flight?
Just to make a quick comment on the QR return flight - I truly hope you won't be too disappointed if/when QR change the aircraft.
QR have had delivery issues with the A350, and so most of the European routes (served by the A350) are receiving substitutes...usually a 777.
The A350's are still operating to SIN and the USA, but German airports are not seeing as many A350's as had been originally planned.
You may get lucky and QR keep the aircraft on your flights, but I feel I'd be doing a disservice not to mention the point.
