I don't doubt the (much, much) higher criminality rate in L'Ariane and other similar "satellite" neighbourhoods, not only in Nice and in other big French cities, but also in the rest of Europe. My point was that if one drives through there, nothing much happens.

But let's leave discussions on that subject to other fora...
