Seemed to be a lot of confusion at the check in desk on the second floor. Presented by boarding card with Global First Seating and my Global Services Card. Even then, they had to pull a two sided laminated sheet from under the desk, with a bunch of hand-written notes scribbled on it, before they even permitted entry. My work colleague, who is also traveling in Global First, but not a member of star alliance was denied entry. A couple of phone calls later, i was admitted, while my colleague went off to browse the shops.
