While many of the Explorer's benefits are of little use to premier members, the CPU-eligibility on award tickets and, most especially, the $25K spend PQM waiver for Silver, Gold and Platinum levels are specifically targeted at cardholders who have premier status. Those card benefits mean absolutely nothing to non-premiers.
