I've got one that will no doubt be an easy one for the forum experts:

Flights booked on LH.com on LH ticket stock, but originating segment (YYZ - FRA) on AC metal. I've been told by LH phone rep, that OLCI is done with AC (which makes sense), but same LH rep can't give me AC PNR locator. So my question is: how do I do OLCI on aircanada.com without AC locator? Is my only option to phone AC and wait on hold for an hour?
