As LOCommish says, by itself not much of an impact.

But, if you have multiple (active) lines of credit, it can help to correlate you story when you reach out to a new casino.

Recently had that situation. Received an email many months earlier from a property I had not been to in years. Was in Vegas, replied to the email on a whim. Host reached out to me, re-opened my credit line and offered some nice comps prior to a visit.

Did the credit line make it happen by itself? Absolutely not. But, when a host tries to get you to "stop over" and wants to offer "things," it is rather effective when they can say... "I got you approved for $xxxx," come by and try things out.

Of course, my caveat, is that casino credit can be "very dangerous" in Vegas; more so than in any other gaming venue.
