And good luck with that.
My experience is that you'll likely have to wait the full 24 hours until the system drops your MAC and makes you sign in again.
The IT support people I've ever had to call at most of the HHonors hotels couldn't do more than read off of a script and were usually hundreds of miles away, not in-house.
