I have been doing this for my account and my wife's account for a while now on the 1st day of every calendar quarter (i.e. Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, and Oct 1 in 2015 as well as Jan 1 in 2016) and they have always posted with in 5-7 business days (even though the confirmation says it may take 6-8 weeks). But, as of today (Apr 16), neither of the ones I did for Apr 1, 2016 have posted yet.

Same foe me. The email from e-rewards says 6-8 weeks, but last time it took only a few days for me.
