Has anyone had recent issues with this? I noticed that some flights had not posted correctly- specifically Airpass bookings where I have taken a companion with me- according to Airpass rules, I earn the companion's miles. The redeemable miles earned posted correctly, but the companion miles did not get credited as EQMs like they are supposed to. I called in to inquire, and was told that AA had a note on my account that EQMs needed to be adjusted- that there is a mileage earning issue associated with my account. The Aadvantage rep also said it's been a known issue, that they did a sweep the other day, and will be doing another one later this month. Am I the only one experiencing this? Never run into this before.
