Hi all,
I'm trying to book some flights using avios and my Amex Companion Voucher. This would be for London to Tokyo in First and the return from Hong Kong to London in Club. On the website the price quoted for the individual sectors is:
London - Tokyo (First): 102.000 Avios + £352.15
Hong Kong - London (Club): 75.000 Avios + £10.90
So a total of 177.000 Avios + £363.05.

As this is an open jaw this can't be booked online so I called the gold line. The price they quote is £525.55 each. A difference of £200 per person!

Who's right? And more importantly, what can I do about it?
