I'm QF Gold so no Express Pass for me. With the change in BA16 departure time there's only 110 minutes between flights. I'm assuming this should be fine unless I'm delayed.
QF Gold = OW Sapphire, which should give you Fast Track at security with BA, and you probably will get extra baggage allowance, which will also apply to the QF legs (since it is on the same booking).
110 minutes is fine, and there is an airside transfer bus, which is pretty frequent, every 10 or 15 minutes, and doesn't take long. So unless your flight is delayed, you will have time to shop or get a bite to eat and drink in the lounge, since you will have access to the QF Business Lounge in Sydney.
