I've had the card for a year, with ~$10k spend.

Was offered $200 fee waiver if I spend $4000, for 3 consecutive months, for a total of $12k spend for $200. (Which I did not take)

I was also offered 4 additional points per dollar spent on Air Travel, Rental Car, Travel Agencies for a total of 7 points per dollar (up to 35k points earned), for 6 months.

Or 4 addl points per dollar on restaurants for 6 months, up to 50k points. I didn't end up pulling the trigger on either but I'm leaning towards the restaurants offer because I don't see myself paying for airfare or a rental car any time soon, but the chase freedom 5x category is coming up in the next quarter, so this is really only valuable for a 3 month time frame.
