I so much wish the UM tickets could be booked online. I book tickets frequently for my son - typically 20 to 30 minutes on the phone each time. Most of this is not hold time. They have to take down all the information for drop off and pickup adults, CC information, etc. I could do it myself in a fraction of the time. Sometimes they don't type in the info correctly. Once my name was so badly butchered that I had trouble convincing the gate agent to give me a pass to get through security. The only thing which saved me was when they called me on the phone number which was on file.
