From the opposite side - I'm currently on an AA booking to get me to Gold. Crediting to my BAEC account, but ticketed on the AA site, all AA flights. The flight keeps disappearing on the app (I had to keep adding it back), and doesn't show up on the AA site unless I log out and access it as a guest. Kind of annoying.
