I suspect they wouldn't care too much - they're not likely to be travellers who use a lounge often anyway so don't have the expectations we have. I was amazed when travelling LHR-DOH once and I sat in the Skyteam lounge, a lass next to me had paid to get in there and the whole time all she consumed was a glass of sparkling water...
