The crush is new, but the food offering is the normal No 1 approach, which is very different to the unlimited hot buffet we BA travellers are used to.
No 1 offer a single small dish free of charge (tapas sized or perfect for a child if you need some help visualising) with other dishes available at a small extra cost.
