Not though to sure of the description of my fish finger sandwich, the definition of 'classic' - Judged over a period of time to be of the highest quality and outstanding of its kind
I was served three of the cheapest stone cold fluff filled orange rectangles in a bap, and never given an option of tartar sauce or cutlery!
I suppose the question that has to be asked is ... was it always like this?
Or has the BA influx created such an overload on staff/resources that they're simply incapable of delivering any sort of credible service?
I suspect those who are actually paying money for use of the No. 1 will be unimpressed and probably complaining even more than we are!
