Random Question on Do & Co Catering and Flying Chefs
How does it actually work when TK claims that food catered from outports is looked after by Do & Co ? Do the outport kitchens follow recipes from Do & Co ? Flew HKG to IST and I am sure the food was provided by Cathay Pacific Catering. WAY better than the typical Cathay Pacific catering provided for Cathay or Dragonair flights. (Yes even the bread was gourmet in economy).
Also saw that they put a flying chef on an IST-ATH-IST run in business class, for an A321 flight. Flying chefs on ALL business class flights ?
