If you ask for a second starter we would have to had a customer refuse one as they are loaded to 100% of the booked figure.
If you ask for a second main course you are most likely to be refused as whatever is left over after taking the orders is the cabin crew meals.
If you ask for both the dessert and cheese we will ask you to wait until everyone has had their first choice, desserts and cheese are loaded to 120%.
