Just flew 891 from Rome today. The SD was amazing. I timed things and from departure to finish of dessert took only 1H40M.

How he did it was different. There were 3 SEs on the flight. What he did to the 3 of us was he didn't use the tray to serve cheese/crackers and dessert. Served the appetizers nd once we're done, served main course. Asked us if we wanted cheese and crackers, went to galley individually served us, went to galley again and individually served us the dessert. Same with drinks as well, the 3 of us were individually served instead of trolley.

For the rest in biz, it was using the trolley so they could have the "business class experience". So that took longer. But anyways appreciated how he did it. Really quick and I got more sleep than usual.
