this could be a setting issue. maybe you have a custom setting on all your devices that is due to how you have set them up to connect to a specific wifi network (e.g. work/home)

Still can’t connect?
Reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.
