This has happened to me more than once where I get the email and within an hour of getting it I can't find any space during the promotion period. Sold out?...possibly but it seems to happen often.
Actually, that's the most annoying part: I have been checking the prices for the whole week before the "promotion" started, and if anything the prices have gone up.
