Ahh, I fly international too much. No offense, but it's hard to imagine the word "flirting" when you are dealing with near retirement age FAs.

When I fly with Asia airlines, I am also up checking out cute FAs but when I fly Delta, it's more of "hey, is there a retirement party on this flight"...
I've been told that old and/or retired people can flirt too, in fact they can even have sex.
